IP Background

µ-BioRefinery™ has full access to the intellectual capital of International Furan Technology (Pty) Ltd ("IFT"). IFT IP consists of proprietary knowhow gained during and after the development of the their SupraYield® process, which commenced in 1998. It is based on IFT's own R&D and the collective expertise and working experience that the various team members contributed over that period of time.

Capability Statement

IFT capability covers:

1. the full life-cycle of IP production (from the idea to commercialisation of process technology) as well as

2. the development of projects (from inception to commissioning) and business in the bio-renewable chemicals space. IFT undertakes consulting (e.g. feasibility, diagnostics, techno-economic) studies and mange the implementation of large construction or upgrade projects.

IFT provides high-level design and engineering input and in collaboration with or on behalf of their clients, IFT manage the project's engineers, suppliers and contractors.
